Unrepentant

Willow, doing what comes naturally... though it still makes me mad (especially when he decides to share).

Who knows.. I was getting ready for work so he was dispatched for the day (poor fellow) but he did make a meal out of it, as there were just a few feathers left when I returned.

Willow is unfortunate in his love of birds - he gets yelled at.
(thankfully, he doesn't go after them often).

His brother on the other hand loves bugs.. so he gets rewarded - especially if he kills a cockroach.

Sam.. the stray (I will NOT admit to a 3rd cat!!) bothers lizards and the occasional tree frog (also a punishable offense in my household).. but it is interesting how they are very particular. None likes what the other does.

Are you a fellow Frog fan, Milady? (the amphibian, not those blighters the other side of the channel)

They are by far my favourite creatures. Newts come a close second. I sponsor a newt at a local nature reserve. It is called Minute. (My Newt - geddit?)

I'll get me coat....

I wouldn't go so far as to say I am a frog 'fan' (especially when one lands on me in bed) but I am rather partial to the little tree-frogs.. they are so cute and helpless - especially when chased by an orange cat!

Don't worry though.. the frogs and the lizards are rescued (Sam is quite gentle with them) and live to see another day.

Put a leash on that cat!

Nick, that would be like me saying put a muzzle (or something similar) on your gun, now wouldn't it?
;-)

COURSE, that is assuming YOU are the Nick that is my beloved duck blasting, deer hunting, bike wheeling, surf lovin', lifeguarding brother;-)

Is the bird doing to Willow what its cousins do to Hippopotami - you know, picking the food from the hippo's teeth?

This bird was not as fortunate as his cousins:-(

It's strange how I am quite conflicted when I see this pix.. I am proud, thinking he's a proper little hunter, but annoyed too as I hate house cats killing birds. Trouble is, he's not really a house cat, preferring as he does, to spend quite a lot of time outdoors.

Thankfully, he does not do it often.. I feed him well;-)
