Modern Day Camping

Gianinna and her computer! She was cooooold;-)

I was just a (teeny) bit jealous, as I had my laptop too, but couldn't pick up any signal. Now, I knew my laptop had wireless built in, but, I naively thought that meant it automatically picked up wireless, but oh no.. Who knew there was a wireless switch on laptops (besides, the 400,000,000 of you) that needed to be manually switched on?

Thanks to Staples for rescuing me from my wires;-)

Road Trip: $400
Best part of road trip?
Saving hundreds of $$$'s, cause I now have free internet!

well welcome to the world of laptop cruising...it is nice because you can go virtually anywhere and get online...i need to upgrade though because my laptops battery doesn't last for crap and i end up needing a plug in...however we just got new laptops at work and that one lasts for hours!

Which brand Daisy? I have a Toshiba and the battery life is dreadful - I like everything else about it though.

As to battery life , so what, think of that poor korean whose mobile phone exploded and killed him.
I note sainsburys Are selling the same brand for £40, i can think of a few people id like to send them to for Christmas.

i have a vaio lady jane...and i really love it...i can use it without my contacts or glasses in the morning :) and it does everything i want...but it is used a lot and right now i need to take it in and see about the battery life...it only last about 10 minutes anymore without being plugged in and i think i need it just overhauled a little...i have this geek squad here that likes me because i make them food and bring it over every once in a while so they always take care of my stuff...
